Why not put an option to filter by number of Audio Channels like by mono, stereo, 5.1 and 7.1. ?
This feature has been requested 10 years ago and still not implemented. Is it difficult to do?
As you pointed out, this had been requested before in many threads, consolidated in this suggestion focusing on audio formats (e.g. DRS) and channel layouts (e.g. stereo).
I’ll therefore close this thread as a duplicate in line with the guidelines for feature suggestions. I recommend you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
