I feel the filters could use a bit of love. Every once in a while I try to do something that I can’t do. Today I wanted to make a smart playlist where show title contains “star trek” and season is greater than 0.
Basically I want every episode of Star Trek, but none of the specials.
That’s just one example at how much more powerful Plex’s filters can be.

So in short you want Seasons to be added as filter option so you can use it as described in a custom filter?
Yes, that is one thing, but I think an overall thinking of expanding the filters would be nice. We should be able to filter on nearly anything.
TV shows with William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in it (oh hey, there’s Star Trek and Twilight Zone searched).
Episodes with “Halloween” in the description.
Shows with unplayed episodes but only showing the earliest unplayed episode of each series (so you can shuffle, but you are always watching your shows in order).
etc etc
You know you can already do that with a custom filter, don’t you?

Good to know that SOME of the things I mentioned can be done.
That’s not to say it’s a comprehensive filtering system and could be improved.
