Seems to be a problem for some users. When syncing a file (particularly song or album), sync gets hung up at 50%. I have found the option to select the audio quality, but why not allow original; like in Remote Audio Quality. Tyler

+1; highly supported. Otherwise real music enthusiasts can’t really use Plex, since there is always transcoding happening
