Flatpak install issues

Hello all, log time lurker, first time poster here. I put together a PI with a touchscreen and am attempting to setup the latest PlexAmp from Flathub. I stumbled through all the posted tips and have (flatpak) running, but am unable to “find” com.plexamp.Plexamp. Any noob tips would be helpful. Thanks much. Second question, can the “headless” (can be installed outside of flathub) version still support the screen? Thanks again. James

Of course it can! Set up the headless version as normal and then once that’s working you can set up a browser in kiosk mode pointing to the web UI.

If you’ve already set up the Flathub remote, you should be able to just click the installer from here:

Admittily I am a NOOB when it comes to Linux code. I have attempted to “manually” install PlexAmp but (flatpak) does not “find” it (com.Plexamp.PlexAmp). When I click “install”, I end up with a “zipped” folder in downloads where I have NO clue what to do with at that point. Thanks for the follow up James

Apologies, I just re-read your post. Plexamp isn’t currently distributed for Linux on ARM (like Raspberry Pi), with the exception of Plexamp Headless. The flatpak is for x86_64 systems only, unfortunately.

You could use the headless install, and access it via the browser UI, but this would be a bit more involved to set up than the flatpak installer. See this thread for details:
