Server Version#: 1.19.4.2902 Player Version#: 2.58.0 My question is concerning this folder’s advanced properties. \AppData\Local\Plex Media Server “Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties.” Is there any advantage to un-checking this?

I’d assume it’d lower the system load a bit when the Windows indexer service (nowadays called ‘Cortana’) is refreshing the search index. While you’re at it, you can also tell the anti virus to keep its nose out of that folder.
