I setup a second home user on my account and when i log in to plex forums now it logs me into that secondary account. I have tried to log out and back in but it auto logs me in every time and shows me the user name for the secondary account. Any suggestions.
Do you have Plex Web open too, Plex will automatically use the last account that was active, so if you are signed into Plex Web user account 2, going to the forum will also use account 2. Switch the user in Plex Web and it will use that account when going to the forum. If you have multiple Plex Web windows open, it still uses the last account but the browser may show the wrong account since that info was cached before you signed into the other account.
Close everything, open only 1 instance of any Plex related page and make sure which user you are using.
I do have plex open but i’m signed into my primary account. Just trying closing all browsers and then opening one just to plex.tv. Same result.
Try signing out, closing all browsers, re-open, sign in on plex.tv. Goto forum.
