Plex is displaying the Frame Rate as 23.97599983215332 in Plex Web and other apps.
23.976 would be adequate. 
I’m curious where 23.97599983215332 is coming from. It isn’t a better approximation of 24000/1001.
I bet it’s 23.976, stored in a float, and then displayed with too many sig figs.
I think it’s just cosmetics.
Compare to the number appearing in the Plex media info XML of the same item.

Googling for 23.97599983215332 is fun. Most hits are Plex, but there are a few from other apps - likely with the same format/display issue.
