Fuji X-Pro1 RAF files not displayed

Hi all,

The PLEX server is installed on my Synology ds918+. I’ve been exploring the features and function a bit and have run into an interesting issue.

I’ve got RAW images from a myriad cameras stored on the NAS, including Olympus E-10, Nikon D70, Nikon D200, Fuji X100s X-T1 and and X-Pro1X100s.

When viewing PLEX through Chrome on Windows 10 boxes, it displays the raw files for all the cameras but the X-Pro1. For X-Pro1 RAF files, a black preview thumbnail is shown and when you select to fill the screen a black screen results and then it says “unable to load photo”. This seems odd as it has no issue with RAW files from the other Fuji cameras.

Any idea why and how to rectify this issue?
