I have my files named according to production order (Futurama - Regional Order - All Seasons - TheTVDB.com). How can I get Plex to properly show this?
“DVD order” doesn’t work, because the DVD releases split both season 6 and 7 in half.
Plex supports Aired, DVD, and Absolute order from TheTVDB.com and Aired order from The Movie Database (themoviedb.org). Other orderings are not supported.
This is not an acceptable situation. This needs to be fixed.
How can I actually contact anyone from this company?

Plex doesn’t offer support beyond this forum except for billing questions.
There’s a feature suggestion that’s been discussing what you’re looking for – you can vote for that.
Not sure about the “not an acceptable solution”.
I fully get that this might be a feature you would like to see added… then again it’s documented exactly as described by FordGuy61…

Don’t get me wrong… I think I even voted for that suggestion, so I do see where you’re coming from when you ask for the feature.
I’m not convinced paying for a product (let’s say a car) entitles you to get stuff that’s not part of the package (let’s consider asking for a different motor, the sports-package… to be added after you bought your car)
