Future of Plexamp on Raspberry Pi?

I think it is the same story as here

Getting only 44.1kHz for DSD or FLAC 24bit

I have tried a DSD and 24bit flacs on my external USB DAC but I always get the 44.1kHz! when I use DSD it should change to colour Cyan or Red as per iFi Zen Dac v2, I normaly use Audirvana and with the same files everything works as it should but not in plexamp!!! It converts everything to PCM and only 44.1kHz!
