Google TV: Skipping position in library after viewing movie details or deleting movie

I’m watching plex on my chromecast with google tv and if I click on a movie in the library and then go back, plex doesn’t return to my previous position but will skip several pages back. The same thing happens if I delete a movie.

It makes selecting a movie a very tedious task.

I’ve tried resetting my plex app but the issue persists.

I think this must be a bug, but it’s there anything else I can try?
