Video getting darker and then back to “normal”…
I forget what the setting is called on the TV, ambient lighting thing, adjusts the TVs brightness based on the light in the room. Could that be the issue? Or does it only do it when using Plex?
Thanks but ambient lighting is off and it used to do on my old TV(non-4k) as well. 
Ok. I have the same TV. I have Plex server running on an AMD A10 with 8GB of RAM and it’s done well with streaming everything including 4K content.
I am working on a new system with dual Xeon’s and 48GB RAM, because, why not! I just reinstalled Windows after some changes and I’m on day 4 of the A10 system scanning and creating thumbnails. Hopefully the new system will be much faster.
