I tried rebooting the server, did not help, and also re-scan the epg.

No idea try change over to the Beta Update Channel in the settings

You need PMS 1.13.2 or newer, along with Web 3.53.

As @shspvr mentioned, make sure you are on the Beta update channel. You can also manually download it from here, just make sure you have Plex Pass Downloads checked https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-media-server.

Update the PMS?

I had the same issue and updating the PMS solved it. Sweet gridview goodness!
