H264 4.0 High 10 MKV direct play causing artifacting

Transcoding the video immediately gets rid of artifacting. Emby recognizes that it can’t be played properly and automatically transcodes it, while plex tries to direct play it. It must not be supported on the chromecast with google tv. H264 4.1 MKVs direct play just fine with no artifacting

Player Version#: 8.16.0.24423 chromecast with google tv

To add to this, on both my samsung and lg tv apps it recognizes the same file as incompatible and automatically transcodes

5.0 high 10 seems to be the exact same
