H265 resume on AndroidTV

Player Version#: AndroidTV, multiple versions, including the latest one.

When tryingto resume a stopped H265 video, plex on AndroidTV won’t start the video and will hang. Same video in H264 is no problem.
Also when doing this on the windows client, there is no problem and on iOS resuming works as expected.
