Help Fixing added date issue

I’m having an issue with the ‘recently added’ section of plex. One of my drives got disconnected and when it reconnected all my tv shows are now showing up under ‘Recently Added’. I’ve followed multiple guides to update the DB using SQLite but I keep getting an error regardless of which tool I use (and yes plex media server is shut down).

When I attempt to run a SQL script against the database I get the following error:
Error: unknown tokenizer: collating

Does anyone know how to fix this or have a good guide I can follow to fix all the added dates for my tv shows?

Running Plex Server on a Mac btw

Maybe someone else knows something I don’t, but I am not aware of anyway to change the added date of media.
