HELP! How can I delete the PMS domian plex.direct points to MY static IPs?

I have installed Plex Server in my Synology NAS and it works well, but it will automatically generate a domain name likes 192-168-50-51.xxxxxxxxxxxx.plex.direct
This domain will point to my IP,
But in China, this is not allowed!
I have already uninstalled Plex, but my ISP still informs me of this situation,
If I do not cancel the plex.direct point to my IP, the 80/443 port will be blocked!!

So is there anyone who knows how to help?

Plex does not use port 80.

Port 443 is only used for OUTBOUND communication to Plex.tv

plex.direct domain only exists on the inside of your LAN in the RFC-1918 Private Network space (192.168.x.x)

It will never reach to the outside world.

There are other users in China and this is the first I’ve heard of this problem.

Are you using a proxy?

You mean plex.direct is only valid in LAN?
If so, why does the ISP inform me that this domain points to my public network static IP?
Because, in China, the domain of any web server must be registered with the competent authority.
I do not use proxy.

the IP 122.xx.xx.xx.50 is my public static IP, and the plex.direct domain wrap it around like a snake!! Make me frequently warned by ISP!!

What happens when you turn off Remote Access?

There will be no published WAN IP

Maybe you need a fully captive VPN? (Guessing)

EDIT: Another possibility is the modem/router itself.

In the modem/router’s DNS resolver (DNS Rebinding Protection settings) , have you added the exception to allow plex.direct domain to exist on your LAN?
