Help migrating Plex & Media to a new drive

Player Version#: 4.136.1

I’m running out of space so I bought a new hard drive where I want to put Plex and my media.
I clicked the ‘Migrate To’ button in the drop-down menu on the Plex App in QTS and it appears to have gone ok since now the original PlexData folder is empty and I can in fact still run Plex so it must be running from it’s new location on the new drive.

My issue is that I can’t see the PlexData folder on the new drive!?
This makes me very nervous to do anything on that drive like now copying my media on to it (movies, music, etc…)!
Can someone explain why I can’t see the folder (while it was perfectly possble before on the older drive)?
