It 2026, how do we not have an option to hide summaries, episode titles, and thumbnails for unwatched episodes and movies? Every other player out there can do this, I think it’s time that Plex adds this as well.

No, this is not the same. My request is for blurring out media details such as synopsis and descriptions and also thumbnails. It’s not strictly related to generated thumbnails. Pretty much every player app and tracker has hide spoiler options. It’s time that Plex does as well.
