Where can I access the actual log of the Status/ Alerts?
I want to see who viewed what and when they viewed it.
If you are looking for monitoring software maybe take a look at PlexPy

As it sits now, within the Plex Media Server and it’s Web App, historically tracking the viewing of your users can’t be done. As has been suggested already, you can install PlexPy or PlexWatch and it’s web component PlexWatch/Web.
Integrating either of these fine applications into the Web App has been one of my longest standing wishes for the entire Plex Ecosystem for almost as long as I have been a user here. Given that the Team itself can’t find the time to develop this functionality, at least we should have the functionality through these 3rd party apps, directly linked within the Web App. I have a Feature Request asking for this very thing in my signature. (It’s surprising that this hasn’t happened, since the initial devs of those 2 apps are now Plex Team Employees…)
I’m not asking for the Web App to incorporate them any more. I’m now asking that we have a way to link them to the Web App itself, so we can go to our server Web App and can either administer it locally, or pull up historical tracking information all from one common interface.
Sadly, as many of us are finding, the Feature Requests aren’t a priority as they may have once been. Money talks. And investors have the money we couldn’t hope to have when it comes to driving the development of Plex.
My suggestion to everyone here: Find those features already in the Requests forum and VOTE for them. Let the Team know what your priorities are! Look at the sticky created by @anon18523487 at the top of that forum for the heavy hitters and ADD YOUR VOTE by liking the first post in the thread. Perhaps if 1000 likes turns into 2000 likes it might make a difference. (Or 2000 grows to 5000.)
