All my home videos from Android are appearing upside down or distorted 90 degrees. Videos play correctly elsewhere so its not the file.
I cant view anything correctly, even thumbnails are side ways.
If Plex is not reading the rotation info correctly they should absolutely fix it, but in the meantime maybe you can make the files to Plex’s liking by changing the rotation metadata. This post should give you a hint.
