The support page on the plex.tv web site says I cannot get tech support using the contact form on that page, so how do I do it?
I submitted payment for Plex Pass. The Payments Page lists the payment (as In Review,) but the page also says my email address has not been confirmed. I have clicked the “request confirmation email” link multiple, times, but I never get that email.
Yes, I have checked my Spam Folder. And the plex.tv domain is in my white list with my ISP’s anti-spam settings.
I have even created an Email Filter Rule with my ISP to match email from @plex.tv and force it onto my Inbox.
What I guess I really need is reassurance that others actually are getting such confirmation emails before I hammer on my ISP to diagnose this.
