As @tom80H mentioned, you can look at a user and see what you have shared with that user, but there’s no way to look at a library and see which users you’ve shared it with. I proposed such a feature some time back. They came very close when they added the “Sharing” (now “Grant Access”) option to the Library action menu, but they neglected to indicate who already has access:
