I read the new TOS changes going into effect next month and I’m already exploring alternatives to Plex and will be testing them over the next few weeks. But I can’t find any place to completely close out of my Plex account and delete it from their system. Do I have to email Customer Service or how does it work? I absolutely disagree with the new TOS and want to opt out of being a member.

You do realize you will also have to uninstall all Plex media servers you are currently using? Or, at a minimum, never upgrade them.
