I posted a question here and now can’t find any way to find it. Doesn’t seem to be a search bar anywhere. This is the result after I followed the 1st answer to my question. Now I can’t get Plex to see any files at all. I have the Plex server on my NAS and created a separate folder for the files not using any of the existing NAS folders. First I had them in the video folder from the NAS but after creating the new folder (as per the answer) and moving the files from the NAS folder to the new folder, Plex says no files found. How can it be this hard. I do not have a degree in computer science and shouldn’t need one to do a simple task. I spent 3 hours copying the files to the folder. Any ideas? I have 2 weeks to solve this or all 600.00 worth of equipment gets returned and I’ll try something else.
