How do I used plugins?

Can’t see my Plex plug ins any more. If I go to Settings they are under manage>Plugins but they aren’t on the main screen and I can’t find any way to use them any more…

Yes I’ve manually installed plug ins but I can’t seen any way to use them…

Streaming plugins no longer works.

Only agents, scanners and a few tools
