How many concurrent users can I have?

Hi all,

I’m trying to workout how many concurrent users I can have on my Server and was hoping for some input.

Let’s say my Server has more then enough horsepower that the bottleneck will be Random Disk I/O from my non NVMe Disks and not CPU,Memory or Network.

Which of the following would give me more concurrent Direct Play only users.

1080p 10Mbps x264 Movies or 1080p 3Mbps x265 Movies… I would assume the later, but am I missing something?
