Hello, I have about 15TB of movies all in 1 folder, not organized at all, the file names are all just numbers too. . Is there a way to put these movies in folders and add tags so they can be searched and found, as we watch the movies, so tags and rating and moving to proper folders as we watch the movies, would that be possible to do this from the player and not the server? also which plugins would be recommended to achieve the goal?

As long as “file names are all just numbers…” I think it’s hopeless. Even with tags, I think Plex depends on the filenames. I would start with something to help you rename your files. I’ve never used it, but most folks recommend FileBot.

plex doesn’t rename or move your files for you.
you will have to do that all your self.
if there is no existing filename that correspond to the video title, then you will just have to do it manually, creating new folders/filenames and moving them.
