How to change appdata location

Server Version#:
Player Version#: 4.12.3

I just noticed my C: drive getting full, and it’s partly due to Plex Media Server’s AppData folder being over 26 GB. This is unacceptable as my C drive is a small 500 GB SSD for OS and Apps and a few other things. How can I change this folder to be on another local drive? Online I saw it say something about “Server - General Settings” but I don’t see that in my Plex interface. Please help!
