My scanner uses an EyeTV playlist to control the recordings which appear in Plex. For example, I put all films into a playlist of ‘Films’ - and these then appear as Movies in Plex. The scanner can be used in conjunction with the regular themoviedb.com metadata agent to provide metadata for the films.
My question is what’s the best way to make this available to other people? It seems posting the code on the forum as is done at the moment just creates multiple versions of the code and causes confusion. Perhaps it should be released as a “plugin” but is this possible for a scanner ?
