Hey Guys,
Under Notification Preferences, I have “Notify me when people comment on discussions I’ve participated in.” Ticked
So when I comment on a forum post, I automatically get emails, Sweet!
The thing is some threads never die and you get dozens of email notifications every day, I cannot for the life of me find a way to switch it off for an individual post you have commented in.
Anyone know how to do this?

Totally understand! This is something that has been brought up before by the support team and the Ninjas, as initially it was seen as something beneficial for them but we do realize it would be helpful for users as well.
Unsubscribe from a particular thread’s notification without impacting the entire sub-forum subscription is a feature request we are actively pursuing with Vanilla (the forum platform we use).
Thanks for piping in @kinoCharlino, I looked & looked thought I was going nuts, glad it is not just me.

Shortcoming #521 of the horrible Vanilla forum software. Can we please move on to something better at this point?
