HW transcoding not triggering on iGPU (DS1520+) on docker

yes of course. I enabled debug earlier but I don’t know which log to grab. can you tell me the location and name of file you need? thanks again for everything

FWIW:

root@NAS:~# id PlexMediaServer
uid=297536(PlexMediaServer) gid=297536(PlexMediaServer) groups=297536(PlexMediaServer),999(synopkgs),937(videodriver)

This is Vic0723, I’m using my parents account in order to tell you that I got a message that I can’t message anymore and have to wait 16 hours to reply again. I can’t understand for the life of me why a website would restrict private messaging. But to answer your question:

I’m using my phone to run the transcode (which I’ve taken of the wifi in order to trigger remote connection and transcode), So I’m playing the movie on my phone from outside network. CPU is ramping to the 90%, and Plex doesn’t announce the transcode as (hw).

I have 20Gb of RAM installed. Do you think I should take off /dev/shm and leave it blank?

Furthermore, I played another 1080p (NON HDR) content and that one DID show (hw) transcoding on plex, I guess that HDR content is not showing as (hw) transcode.
