I am trying to access Remote Access of my Plex app on my apple tv. Why can’t I see the Remote Access option under settings on my computer? Any ideas? Thank you.
I’m not quite sure what settings you’re looking for. The only somewhat related options on the Apple TV are the video quality settings for internet streaming… otherwise the remote access configuration is part of your server settings (not the Plex client like that on Apple TV).
I think that not all clients have server-based settings, such as remote access. If you try to find it under AppleTV, I’d wager that its not there. Use a web browser client to be able to see these.

Maybe start by explaining what you actually want to achieve.
You don’t need some 3rd party apps to set / change the posters inside Plex.
That digital poster app actually syncs with plex and it shows the movie you are watching, it also shows the timeline and your current location on the bottom of the digital poster.
Still not clear about your use case and what you’re trying to achieve.
If you want to track your watch progress… why not simply use Plex Dash?

Remote access settings are only in the desktop apps such as web app.
