I suppose at some point it’s getting hard to shut down a request with many votes … keeping it in limbo vs. giving users the finality of a „no“ might just feel less harsh: „maybe sometime“
Looking at that list… I guessed there’s a number of items that certainly won’t happen (but I’m biased and hope Plex won’t waste resources on some of the ones I’m not particularly interested in) 
TL;DR: in the end it’ll all come down to what you can find in this thread/post: it’s suggestions and Plex may or may not consider them
side note: the list has a flaw as implemented suggestions have been archived and users tend to reallocate their votes once an item is done. That doesn’t mean you don’t have a point… it’s just missing a Part of the equation
