I have a PS3 and all my files have bad sound quality yet everything else sounds fine! this is ridiculous!

also, your PLEX SERVERS I tried to use on my SmartTV never connects! this is horrible service! FIX THIS!

@theblocktv I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with using the PlayStation 3. Could you provide any more information about the file in question (the XML would be helpful), or any logs from the server or PS3?

What sort of setup do you have sound wise? Do you use an AVR, or straight to the TV? Is it optical or HDMI?
