Hello. I have a problem with photos in plex using plexconnect. If I put photos in a plex channel, when I see it in the Apple TV through plexconnect, all vertical photos are displayed in horizontal. Is there any way that the photos looks vertical? Is this a plexconnect error? Thanks for your help and sorry for my english...
As far as I understand: aTV/iOS limitation - it doesn't check the EXIF orientation information.
You should be good when setting "photo transcoder action" to "transcode". Then PMS should take care of that...
And where is the “photo transcoder action” setting?
aTV->PlexConnect->Settings->Transcoder?
I have tried to change the transcoder setting and now its works fine! First, I didn't see the "photo transcoder action" setting...its my fault. I didn't have the last version...I have downloaded the last version and now It works properly !! thanks for your help!
