[implemented] Feature Request: Separate Libraries Include in Dashboard Option

Wouldn’t it be nice if this one option to include in dashboard that contains 3 options was split into sub sections.

Include in Dashboard ( Main option, can select this plus the 3 below individually.

I take it this suggestion is addressed with the recent addition of an option to manage recommendations per library and how they show up on the home page, the library’s recommended page and for shared users (in combination with library pinning/unpinning)
