Imported my iTunes Library Duplicate Files While Overwrite existing playlists Is Checked

PLEX PASS HAS NO MORE VALUE. NO HELP AT ALL

I have imported my iTunes Library before to Plex. My iTunes playlist have changed significantly, so I’ve try to update it. I was careful to check overwrite the existing Playlist. Still, it created a duplicate playlist with repeated album playlist. I tried to do it over many times and I still have a double for each playlist in the playlist. Is there a way to reset it to blank and start from scratch? Is there a way to fix it?

Maybe the normal people can help.

So, Plex doesn’t bring in an income to hire even one knowledgeable person as Customer Service Representative?

Maybe someone else can help. My server is on Windows. I wouldn’t mind delete the playlist on Plex to start over. Plex created duplicate though I check overwrite the existing Playlist. It doesn’t clear previous Playlist.

Since Plex Server is on Windows I can easily find my way to what may need to be deleted. Any help is appreciated.
