Improvement to highlight selected poster while browsing libraries

There is an existing request for this. Rather than splitting votes over multiple requests, it’s best to add your vote/comments there.

Add border to current selection on gui

It would be great if there was a border around the current selection on the gui. Something like a yellow border. My wife has worsening eyesight and has to move the selection from item to item sometimes to tell what is the currently selected item.
