Basically on my Samsung Tizen 2017 TV, the Plex app displays the wrong time (actually, it’s correct only if you account for the time zone that I used to live in). However, the time set on the TV and Synology server are both correct (in terms of actual time, time zone, and DST status). Any ideas? I wonder if it could be my former time zone being stored somewhere erroneously in the Plex server config, as I didn’t notice this until I moved. Thanks!
Yes, tried reinstalling the app, no change. Haven’t tried reinstalling plex server, as I haven’t found a way to do it without losing the metadata. Even if it were successful, technically it would still be a bug, though

Hi,
I’ve had an Samasung TV UA50TU8000WXXY (2020 AU Model) for just over 6 weeks now and this out of sync clock in the plex app issue has started occurring.
I have attempted the fix MovieFan.Plex has suggested above a few times, which works for the time until I use the Plex app again.
I have also reinstalled the plex server on my win 10 machine to no avail.
I have the same issue, Brand new Samsung QLED 60T, plex app is displaying incorrect time. Time is correct everywhere else. Fix is to uninstall the app, unplug the tv from the wall for 30-60 sec, start TV, reinstall the app. The time is ok for a while hen bingo its wrong again. I have set the time manually on the TV and automatically as well. Time zone is perfect in the TV. All is working fine except the plex app cant get the time right. Would be ok except all live TV needs accurate times, and any attempt to play live tv crashes the app with error codes. I ended up getting an Apple TV and run plex from that with no problems every. Fix the samsung app plex. I have a LG tv in the lounge running PLEX and I dont have any problems with the time. Let’s get this fixed Plex.
