I can not find the live tv grid view in my iPhone app. Is it available? I have it in my Plex web and android device but not my iPhone.

It’s not available on iOS.
I see their support page says iOS so that is why I’m confused why it is not there.
Initially that is referring to the “program guide“. But you’re looking for is the “grid guide“. Two different things and not spelled out very clearly in their support articles.
