iOS Player stuck in portrait mode upside down

Hi,

Any video that I try to watch on my iPhone is stuck on portrait mode and upside down whatever the position of my phone !
For information, my phone is not orientation locked. Only Plex reacts strangely.
I get into Plex and all is fine in portrait, but as soon as I press play, then the orientation changes and locks to portrait upside down.

I can overcome this by selecting “lock to landscape view” in the video settings but that is not ideal and not how it should work anyway.

any idea ?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Please note: if you delete the app and have any sync’d content on your iPhone, that content will also be deleted.

Hi, sorry I forgot to answer.
Well I didn’t want to delete the app exactly for this.

but after a few days the issue disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared.
