App doesn’t respect the auto play setting – after a period of time the next unwatched media will play from that series, even when the screen is locked.
When the media plays is also curious – it seems to play as soon as the devices auto-lock time is reached (settings > display & brightness > auto-lock), i.e. if the device is set to two minutes, the media auto play will kick in not long after that two minutes is up. Tested with setting at both 2 mins and 5 mins and media played about 20 seconds after the auto-lock had kicked in.
If you put the device to sleep, the next unplayed episode still plays. Waking a device after putting it to sleep displays the finished media on the lock screen and leaving the device after this will see auto-play kick in.
And just now tried it with both keyboard covers (the old one and the Magic Keyboard cover) closed and it still played the next unplayed episode, even though the case was shut.
