When clicking on a video and looking at the actors, it will only list other videos in the same library with the actor in it. Is there a setting that allows plex to show all videos in the same server with that actor? If not, is there a place to recommend features for future implementation?
You can use the search. It will show you all appearances of the search term across all libraries.

If you use RARflix for Roku (not developed by Plex) - you can use ‘Cast and Crew’ to find ALL ‘Movies’ with an Actor or Director in ANY of your Movie Libraries. Sadly, due to rather complex technical reasons, this doesn’t work for TV Shows - or leap across Library Types.
You can also make ‘Feature Requests’ that Plex will ignore - like this very Feature that is already being ignored - Plex doesn’t care what features you want.
That’s a shame that RARflix can’t really leap across libraries. Thank you though!
It leaps fine across movie libraries. Just not movies and tv.
Plex could do it - if they wanted to - they don’t.
