Is there a directory for release history with downloads and notes?

I’m looking around the plex website for a version history of PMS for Windows but it only seems to let me download whatever the latest version is. I’ve found other websites which keep a version history but I don’t want to download from some unofficial site.

Is there anywhere on Plex.tv that lists every release of PMS with each versions release notes like you would typically find on a vendor’s support site?

I use the “Latest Announcements” to access this info:

Then you can click on the Plex Media Server entry. Fairly sparse info but it is what it is.
