Is there any Plex client that supports Android 4.x?

I installed the 5.x version of Plex on my old TV (Android 4.x). It can be connected by plex.tv /link and can see my movie content, but it always show me loading image when I hit Play, and I don’t see any connection in Plex Dash.

6.x version of Plex cannot be connected through plex. TV /link, and communication failure is displayed

4.x version of Plex can only log in to the Plex using the account and password, and communication failure is displayed

i have tried many versions.
so , Is there any Plex client that supports Android 4.x?

Unfortunately not. Even if you can get ahold of an old apk, it won’t work anymore.

So, what is the minimum Android version on TV that can run now?

I’m told it is minimum Android 6 in general
(with Amazon devices being allowed from Android 5.0 upwards).
