is this a transcode error?
I’m also getting a lot of these errors and have clients getting playback errors. As far as I know nothing has changed on my setup that would introduce the problem. It seems to go away for a short while when I reboot my system but other than that I haven’t been able to isolate the cause.
I’m also seeing this in my logs.
