Issues downloading Tidal tracks on plexamp

Shouldnt I be able to download tidal albums for offline use? I created a playlist with my music and from tidal, but only tracks on my server are getting downloaded. This is even on wifi, VPN off, and tidal subscription.

No. The TIDAL license does not allow that.
