I use custom labels to shape content access for family members. these labels disappeared from series library after updating to 1.41.3.9292. I reset them all yesterday. today, they have disappeared again.
Logs :
I did not see anything obvious in logs but still looking and may have to get one of the devs to take a look. Were these logs from right after you noticed the labels missing or after you added them back?
Any reason you are a version that old? There have been about 10 public versions since then. Current public is 1.42.1.10060
The logs were collected when I noticed the second label removal (so after the first removal and first manual correction). I will look at the versioning. the web side has the ‘check for updates’ button dithered, but I’ll look on the windows machine itself as well
Actually, looks like that may be another bug. When I look in the server admin page, it reports 1.41.3.9292. When I click the ‘what’s new’ button, I am presented the correct current version
The “whats new” will be the version that is available to download. the one to the left of the “check for updates” button is the currently installed version.
your server logs also indicated you are currently on 1.41.3.9292
YOu might want to download the installer manually from our site and do that rather then updating from within
got it. i have gone ahead and upgraded and reapplied labels. i’ll let you know if it occurs again and pull logs
