Thank to everyone and their complains. Now it doesn’t seem to pull any data at all. It searches for the artist, says its downloading and loading the data from the Internet then nothing happened.
Great!
I saw another post about this earlier today so I know it’s not only me. Unless the problem is with plex but I didn’t update or changed anything.

Can you explain the exact steps you're doing? If *nothing* is happening (files don't even show up in the library in the first place, e.g.) then it's probably a problem somewhere else besides the LFM Agent.
Also, can you point me at the other post you're referring to?
Thanks.
I usually just look at new posts and help people out that's how i saw the post. I can't find it. Anyway, my mp3s are showing up under the artists. The artist artwork and information aren't either downloading or loading. but the activity log says they are download and they are loading but nothing happens. This issue started yesterday for me. I've never had music/agent problems since i learned to manually edit my mp3 id3 tags using a dabatase like musicbrainz to download the tags to the files prior to syncing my library to pick up new contents. Look at the pictures as an example.
I think im seeing something similar here.
Ive recently rebuilt my media server a couple of times (i think 3 times within the last month) and re-scanned all my Media (Movies, TV Shows and music) and only once have i ever had it match every single one of my Artists.
Currently it has matched all but one, Eric Clapton, and no matter what i do it will not find it "Fix incorrect Match" comes back with "No Matches Found" as does any sort of custom search.
Having a look in the logs i see this multiple times just after trying to match the artist
Jun 27, 2013 16:38:14 [0xb0e48000] ERROR - XML was (0 bytes): Jun 27, 2013 16:38:25 [0xb1258000] ERROR - Error parsing content. Jun 27, 2013 16:38:25 [0xb1258000] ERROR - Exception caught while attempting to match metadata on item 6886: Error parsing file
Anybody able to shine some light on this.
Cheers
@Chazman: Can you restart PMS, then try the match again, then upload your com.plexapp.agents.lastfm.log (in the PMS Plug-in Logs directory)?
Having trouble finding the log file location. Im on a Mac, any pointers?
Found it, will just restart and then post
Heres the log.
Thanks for the help.
Hmm... you're seeing a bug that existed in one specific version of the Agent, but has since been fixed. It's supposed to auto-update itself (I believe it checks for updates every 4-8 hours), so is it possible it's a *brand* new install and you're inside that window still?
nope, the build has been running for a few weeks now.
Can you shut down PMS, delete the LastFM.bundle from your Plug-ins directory, and start it back up and try again?
OK, just tried that. No difference, Have included the log file if its any use.
So, I just realized the fix was never released. It was just pushed out, so if you wait a few minutes then try deleting the bundle and restarting again it should pick it up. Sorry about that!
Ok, will give it a go and let you know.
Cheers
Still appears to be picking up the older version of the bundle (dated 6th June).
How long should it take before i would get the new version??
Im guessing that it has updated as it is now matching the artist as it should.
Many thanks for your help.

That was funny but i am not having the issue anymore so i guess it is fix. Thanks buddy :D
This is what mine keeps doing.. yet the album is on Last.FM
I have deleted the last.fm bundle and tried that again. Didn't work
Tried matching it to a few different search options. Didn't work
Refreshed the library. Didn't work
What else can i try??
I haven't seen blank track titles before. Do you possibly have some bad metadata embedded in the file? Can you double check the track names in the ID3 tags?

Fixed they did not have ID3 tags
had the same issue several times but with correct id3 tags (i'm very "accurate" on this).
what solved my problem was removing thos merged albums, rescan music section, add one back, rescan and edit/lock album name, add the last one back and scan again.
hope this helps...
